Somewhere to browse, and somewhere to read this

This page is the first of these changes. Everything that moves on atoseho now has somewhere to be written down, rather than a post that scrolls away and takes the explanation with it.

A menu that works on a phone

The header used to wrap onto three lines on a small screen, and even then it kept every category behind a dropdown built for a mouse. It is one button now, and that button opens the lot.

The footer became the site map

Every category, everything people are looking for, and an address to write to. The bottom of a page is where somebody ends up when they have read what they came for, which makes it the wrong place for two links and the right place for all of them.

The three highest bids now sit beside the pitch rather than below the fold, so you can see who is up there without scrolling to find out.

One place to add a link

The separate page for adding a link is gone. The box on the board was always the same thing wearing a different hat, and now it is the only one.

Small logos stopped looking broken

A listing whose site offers nothing but a tiny icon used to have it stretched across the card, which reads as a fault rather than a logo. Small and sharp beats blown up and blocky, so it is drawn at the size it actually has.
